- Is the dentist licensed in Florida? You can verify any dentist's license with the Florida Department of Health.
- Will I see a preview first, such as a digital design or a mock-up on my own teeth?
- How much enamel comes off, on which teeth, and why?
- What does the warranty cover, for how long, and what voids it?
- Who makes the veneers, and what material are they?
- Is there a written treatment plan listing every procedure, visit and cost?
Why ask before, not after
Most cosmetic dental work is difficult or impossible to fully undo. Asking these questions up front costs nothing and tells you a lot about how a practice works. A good dentist will be glad you asked.
